Review by hotel critic
During our recent stay at Fedora, my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the culinary experience at the hotel. Every evening, we indulged in dishes of local cuisine and a full breakfast buffet that boasted both Italian and continental delights-fresh products and homemade cakes galore. As a food enthusiast, I couldn't get enough of their typically Mediterranean cuisine, showcasing traditional dishes from Romagna alongside international delicacies.Venturing out to nearby eateries like Ristorante Rimet 70 and Marea Restaurant was a breeze, but the Lord Nelson Pub right at the hotel was a gem for evening drinks. Despite the breakfast spread being a tad limited, the quality compensated for the variety. However, what truly stole the show was the vibrant ambiance of Fedora's dining spaces, reflecting the coastal charm of Rimini. The staff's attentiveness further elevated our dining experience, leaving us eager to return for another gourmet getaway. Fedora is a culinary haven for travelers seeking a taste of Italy's diverse flavors, making it a top choice for our future visits.
